We are Sabrina and Harsh, a husband and wife of Guyanese and Punjabi heritage who share a deep love of coffee.
Sabrina is a full-time journalist, and Harsh has spent years working in public health. Our backgrounds have always centered around people, whether through storytelling or community care.
Kiskadee began as a quiet idea during a special chapter of our lives. After our first child was born, we traveled to Italy and France, where coffee wasn’t just caffeine or convenience, it was connection. People took time, gathered, and made each cup part of their day with intention and joy.
That experience changed how we saw coffee. We imagined a space back home with that same sense of calm and connection. A place to breathe, meet a friend, or enjoy a quiet moment alone.
Harsh eventually left his corporate healthcare job to pursue coffee full-time. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it felt right. We wanted to create something meaningful, rooted in our cultures and in the belief that small pleasures can brighten everyday life.
Our goal at Kiskadee is simple: to make great coffee accessible to everyone. Whether it’s your first visit or your daily stop, we want it to feel warm, welcoming, and special.
